We offer several group fitness classes at Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists. Feel free to stop in or call for the current class schedule. Initial and quarterly assessments with a trainer are included for all members at no additional cost.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS -
Fitness Yoga
This non-purist yoga class is specifically designed for the mainstream fitness participant. We'll integrate body & mind through yoga poses with focus on strength and flexibility.
Intensity Level: Beginner/Moderate
Mat Pilates
Learn to utilize and strengthen your "powerhouse" - your deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back - in this class that combines the precise movements of pilates with traditional fitness elements.
Intensity Level: Beginner/Moderate
Total Body Tone
We'll incorporate basic resistance training exercises using traditional and strategic methods. This class challenges every major muscle with a variety of equipment.

Boot Camp
This is a high impact cardio class designed for the member seeking a challenge. Using a variety of sport-specific drills, the goal s to raise your heart rate and keep it in the target zone for maximum calorie and fat burning.

Active Older Adults
A class that focuses on strength and conditioning needed to improve quality of life and make activities of daily living easier. Strength, balance, and flexibility are highlighted.

Spinning
This class is a fun and athletic conditioning workout for your lower body and your cardiovascular system. You'll bike endurance intervals, hills and test anaerobic thresholds.

Butt & Abs
This class focuses on those hard to tone areas. Utilize your own body for resistance & other equipment for maximum results.
Intensity Level: Moderate
Super Spin
Two hour spin class designed for endurance and maximum calorie and fat burning. Stay for 20 minutes or all two hours!
